孙可女士被提名为FFIE董事会独立董事

 

FF Global Partners(”FFGP”)和FFIE正在讨论进一步的治理架构调整以实现公司价值最大化

 

由 FF Global Partners LLC("FFGP")控制和管理的 FF Top 宣布提名孙可女士作为 FFGP 指定人选，以填补最近因前任指定人 Edwin Goh先生从 FFIE 董事会辞职而造成的空缺。

 

前任FF全球CEO毕福康已经于2022年12月26日辞去FFIE董事会职务，FF全球CEO陈雪峰(“XF”)接替毕福康先生担任FFIE董事会执行董事。

 

孙可女士曾担任中国福建省电动车公司云度新能源汽车有限公司的首席财务官。2017年9月至2019年5月，孙女士担任独立财务顾问并协助HoloMatic Technology Ltd的融资工作。在此之前，孙女士自2016年6月起就职于世界500强企业北京汽车集团的子公司北京汽车股份有限公司(HKG:1958)，并于2016年9月至2017年9月担任该公司董事会秘书。在加入北京汽车之前，孙女士曾在一家中国互联网公司和一家全球媒体集团的战略投资团队任职。孙女士获得中国大连海事大学国际金融法学士学位。同时持有上海证券交易所董事会秘书证书及中国证券投资基金业协会基金从业资格证书。孙女士凭借其在大型公司董事会治理、金融和投资方面的专业知识以及在汽车行业的广泛背景，在FF 董事会任职。
